INTERNATIONAAL REGISTER Hieronder vind je een overzicht van alle personen die hun diploma hebben behaald bij Parkinson Boksen Nederland (PBN). PBN is officieel erkend door de internationale Fight-Fitness organisatie, UFW International. Wanneer je met succes een opleiding bij PBN afrondt, word je automatisch opgenomen in het UFW-register. Dit betekent dat jouw diploma niet alleen in Nederland, maar ook internationaal wordt erkend.

Veilige en toegankelijke trainingen Onze bokstrainingen zijn speciaal ontworpen voor mensen met Parkinson, CVA, NAH, MS en Alzheimer. De trainingen zijn gericht op techniek en beweging zonder echt contact, waardoor het toegankelijk en veilig is voor iedereen, ongeacht hun niveau. Bokstraining voor iedereen Naast boksen bieden we in de trainingen ook invloeden uit de Oosterse vechtkunsten aan. Deze disciplines zijn niet alleen effectiever voor het verbeteren van de lichaamshouding, maar bevorderen ook de ademhaling en ontspanning, wat essentieel is voor onze deelnemers. Ademhaling en ontspanning Door onverwerkte trauma’s in onze familielijn (epigenetica) komen symptomen 4 tot 5 keer sterker tot uiting. In onze trainingen besteden we aandacht aan deze trauma’s, niet door elk onderwerp specifiek te benoemen, maar d.m.v. vergelijkbare onderwerpen bespreekbaar te maken.
